General Terms and Conditions

1. The Lessor ensures that the rented bicycles are always in perfect condition through regular inspections. 

2. The rental price of the safety chain or lock is always included in the bicycle rental. 

3. Deposit fees: 

- Copy of a photo ID if returned before closing time on the day. 

- HUF 10,000 / bicycle and a copy of a photo ID in case of a 24-hour or several-day rental. 

4. The Lessee undertakes to use the bicycle carefully and professionally, and to take the utmost care in the storage (against theft) of the bicycle, and to ensure that it is locked and properly secured during transport in any case. The Lessee acknowledges that the bicycle is not insured. 

5. The Lessee undertakes to return the bicycles received to the Lessor or his representative undamaged until the end of the rental period. Otherwise, the Lessee is obliged to compensate the Lessor for the damage caused to the bicycle. The Lessor's parts list is posted at the rental location, and in case of bicycle damage, the amount to be reimbursed by the Lessee is calculated based on it.

6. The Lessee declares that, based on the health and physical characteristics of the person using the bicycle, he/she is suitable for cycling on his/her own responsibility with the bicycles provided by the Lessor. He/she also declares that in the event of any injury to the bicycle user, he/she bears the financial burden of all aspects of it independently and takes care of his own health, property and liability insurance. 

7. The Lessee acknowledges that he must use the bicycle in accordance with the applicable traffic rules. In the event of a violation of the rules, the Lessee is fully responsible, and bears the resulting damages independently. 

8. The Lessor hands over the bicycle to the Lessee in a roadworthy condition, drawing attention to possible damages. The Lessor and the Lessee agree that obvious possible injuries and damage to the bicycle can only be taken into account at the expense of the Lessor, if they were already present at the time of handover to the Lessee. 

9. If the bicycle is used by a minor, his legal representative or adult companion acts on his behalf, and the responsibility for the minor falls on this person.
